METAL MESH CARE 

GLOMESH products are made with the finest quality brass metal mesh.
Genuine GLOMESH brass metal mesh as an embellishment or as an entire GLOMESH article will give you many years of enjoyment, provided the following key instructions are adhered to:

  • Do not be excessive with overloading your bag
  • Prevent contact with alcohol, perfumes, solvents, make-up and any oily substances. If exposed to such products, immediately wipe down with a soft dry cloth.
  • Avoid exposure from the sun, humidity, heaters/radiators and any other direct sources of heat
  • In order to maintain the original brilliance of your GLOMESH proudct, please ensure periodic buffing with a soft dry cloth.
  • Store your bag at room temperature in an up-right position within it's original felt pouch and fill with tissue paper so the shape is retained
  • Avoid contact with materials that are rough or abrasive as the coating on your metal mesh may scratch or chip, the same applies to all metallic hardware components that may be attached to your GLOMESH product.

LEATHER CARE

GLOMESH uses the finest leathers which become more beautiful with age, please be sure to follow these key instructions:

  • Do not be excessive with overloading your bag
  • Prevent contact with alcohol, perfumes, solvents, make-up and any oily substances
  • Avoid exposure from the sun, humidity, heaters/radiators and any other direct sources of heat
  • Store your bag in an up-right position within it's original felt pouch and fill with tissue paper so the shape is retained
  • Avoid contact with materials that are rough or abrasive
  • Prevent rough contact to the metallic components attached to your leather good as the coating may scratch or chip
  • Waterproof your leather good and regularly maintain with a professional leather conditioner
  • Be extra cautious with leather colours of a ligher shade in order to avoid stains as it is difficult to clean them
  • To clean your leather good, wipe with a clean, non-abrasive soft dry cloth
  • In case of contact with water, do not rub the leather, use a clean dry cloth and dab gently to absorb the liquid
  • If stains occur, dab the area with a soft lighthly dampened cloth and leave to air dry, followed by the application (apply in a gentle circular motion) of a clear leather cream

    All deliveries are made by Registered Australia Post or Express Post International

    TRACKING YOUR ORDER

    When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. We will also provide you with a tracking number that will allow you to track the status of your delivery at any time.

    INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

    We use Express Post International to ship all orders and they usually take between 7-10 working days to arrive depending on how long it takes to clear customs. Please review Duties & Taxes for important information about additional charges that may be incurred for international orders.

    We currently are able to offer delivery to all destinations.

    DUTIES & TAXES

    Postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.

    RETURNS, CHANGE OF MIND ORDERS & PRE-ORDERS

    AUSTRALIAN ONLINE RETURNS POLICY & CHANGE OF MIND ORDERS & PRE-ORDERS

    At Glomesh we pride ourselves on our quality and our customer service. We want you to enjoy your online shopping experience and be excited by our products, therefore please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind purchases, that includes pre-ordered purchases that are yet to be delivered. However, if you are unhappy with the product you have bought from our website, we will gladly exchange it for something else at the same monetary value.

    RETURNS

    Upon presentation of the original invoice within 7 days of order receipt, only unworn and unused items in their original condition may be returned prior to exchange of goods.

    If you would like to exchange an item, please inform us of the style, size and colour that you would prefer. The item from the original order will first be returned and a new order containing the exchanged item will be processed. Any discounts received will be carried over in an exchange. We will notify you via email once your exchange has been processed.

    If you are having repaired or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, we will pay for the packaging and postage costs. Please contact our customer service team to organise this.

 However, we are unable to offer free delivery for ‘change of mind’ exchanges.

    Returns or exchanges of Online Purchases are to be made by post.
