Louis and Alice Kennedy immigrated from Budapest, Hungary to Australia and founded Glomesh in Bondi, Sydney in 1958.

After building the iconic brand, they divorced in 1973. Louis had a history of dalliances, but Alice drew the line when she caught him in the back seat of his Rolls Royce, shtupping a lady named Jennifer.

Today, Louis and Alice's grandson Daniel runs Glomesh.
