Caring for Your Glomesh

Your Glomesh bag is crafted from the finest quality brass metal mesh. With proper care, it will give you many years of enjoyment.

Storage

Store your bag at room temperature in an upright position within its original dust bag. Fill with tissue paper to retain the shape. Keep away from direct sunlight, humidity, heaters, radiators, and any other direct sources of heat.

Cleaning

To maintain the original brilliance of your bag, periodically buff with a soft, dry cloth. If your bag comes into contact with any liquids or substances, wipe down immediately with a soft, dry cloth.

What to Avoid

Do not overload your bag. Avoid contact with alcohol, perfumes, solvents, make-up, and any oily substances. Avoid contact with rough or abrasive materials, as the coating on the metal mesh may scratch or chip. The same applies to all metallic hardware components on your bag.

Leather Elements

For bags with leather trim or straps, condition the leather occasionally with a high-quality leather conditioner. Keep leather away from excessive moisture and direct heat.

The Nature of Mesh

Glomesh mesh is a handcrafted material. Slight variations in tile alignment and plating tone are natural characteristics of the material and are not defects.

Our plated finishes may develop a subtle patina over time. This is part of the material's character and a natural quality of metal plating.

Our painted finishes are sealed for durability, but as with any painted surface, sharp impacts or prolonged friction may cause wear over time. This is normal and not considered a fault.
