RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different piece, please contact us at info@glomesh.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

If the new piece is of greater value, you will be responsible for the difference. All shipping costs for exchanges, both outbound and return, are at the customer's expense. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will dispatch the new piece.

Exchanges are not available on sale items, limited-edition pieces, or collaborations.

Faulty Items

If your Glomesh product arrives with a manufacturing fault or develops one under normal use, please contact us within 12 months of receiving your order. We will arrange for the item to be returned to our studio at our expense for assessment. Where possible, we will repair your piece and return it to you at no cost. If a repair is not possible, we will offer you a replacement or a store credit of equal value.

Refunds

Glomesh does not offer refunds for change of mind. We encourage you to review product dimensions, materials, and imagery carefully before purchasing.
