WHEN WILL MY PARCEL ARRIVE?

Most orders will be dispatched within 48 hours. In Australia most orders should arrive in 2-5 working days. However this can be longer during busy sale periods or during postal delays. New Zealand orders will generally arrive in 5-7 working days. International orders will vary due to the destination and the customs regulations. They usually take between 7-10 working days to arrive. The actual shipping is usually no more than 7 days duration but depending on the country, customs clearance may take over a week.

 

MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED BUT NOT ARRIVED, WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

This means that your order is in transit and will be due in the timeframe we have listed under shipping. If it has not arrived within the suggested timeframe it has most likely been held up by postal delays or customs clearance. Please view the Delivery and Returns page for more information.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is dispatched for delivery within Australia, you will receive an Australia Post tracking number. To track your delivery, please go to www.auspost.com.au Once this tracking number is received, any delivery inquiries should be directed to Australia Post on 13 13 18.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS?

Yes, we use Registered Australia Post to ship all international orders. Please see our delivery and returns page for further information

CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

No, we are not able to do split shipments. You will need to create multiple orders if you wish to send to multiple destinations.

 

IS GST INCLUDED IN MY ORDER?

A charge of 10% GST is included in all Australian retail prices shown on our website.

 

I HAD THE MESSAGE "WE ARE SORRY, THE CARD TYPE CANNOT BE ACCEPTED."

This message will appear if the credit card being used in payment is not supported by our online payment system. For security reasons, only cards issued within countries that we ship to can be used for payment.

 

I AM HAVING DIFFICULTY PLACING AN ORDER.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ONLINE ORDER?

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I PLACE IT?

After you have clicked "SUBMIT ORDER" your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order, this includes cancelling your order. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible. Once you receive your order in the mail, simply return any items you wish to exchange by following our Returns Instructions.

You must log in using the Log In drop down under the main category headings on the home page. Simply hover over LOG IN, enter your details, and click 'PROFILE’ once logged in. Within there you can update your details and click Save.

 

HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE?

You can unsubscribe by going into ‘my account’ and de-select the email subscribe tick box.

 

I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY LOGIN AND PASSWORD.

Simply go to the ‘log in' area and click “I’ve forgotten my password”. A new password will be generated by email and sent to you. You can log in to make changes to a password of your choice.
