At Glomesh we pride ourselves on our quality and our customer service. We want you to enjoy your online shopping experience and be excited by our products, so please read our policies carefully before purchasing.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Glomesh does not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
You can request a replacement for a product if the Glomesh item you have ordered is faulty. If an identical replacement is unavailable, you can choose a different item of equal value or we will issue you with a store credit of equal value.
You must request a replacement within 7 days of order receipt. The item from the original order must first be returned in original condition before your replacement is sent.
Glomesh will cover the cost of the shipping for a replacement product in these circumstances.

If you have ordered an incorrect item or wish to exchange your Glomesh product, you must request an exchange within 7 days of order receipt. Only unused items in their original condition may be returned prior to exchange of goods.
The item from the original order must first be returned and a new order containing the exchanged item will be processed. You will need to cover the cost of return and new shipping for the exchanged item. We will let you know of the extra costs.
