RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Glomesh does not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. 

You can request a replacement for a product if the Glomesh item you have ordered is faulty. If an identical replacement is unavailable, you can choose a different item of equal value or we will issue you with a store credit of equal value.

You must request a replacement within 7 days of order receipt. The item from the original order must first be returned in original condition before your replacement is sent.

Glomesh will cover the cost of the shipping for a replacement product in these circumstances.

EXCHANGES POLICY

If you have ordered an incorrect item or wish to exchange your Glomesh product, you must request an exchange within 7 days of order receipt. Only unused items in their original condition may be returned prior to exchange of goods.

You can exchange your purchased product for another item of equal or greater value. If the replacement item exceeds the original price, you will be responsible for paying the difference. Please note, you are also responsible for covering the shipping costs for both the return of the original item and the delivery of the new item. We will let you know of the extra costs.

The item from the original order must first be returned and a new order containing the exchanged item will be processed. 

 *Glomesh does not allow an exchange of product on SALE items.
